The experimentation with the printers is well under way! The Prusa i3 has been the most promising and user friendly printers out of the ones housed in the lab. The workings of machine are being monitored to determine where improvements can be made. Our team has been working on implementing sensors to better improve the accuracy of the printer. The video below is of the Prusa i3 printing a Drexel Dragon. It will be used to analyze the movements of the printer and to determine where the process would benefit most from the addition of a sensor.
